In the 2 years we've had this house we've had to call a ton of different contractors to get work done, but finding a good electrician in particular has been strangely challenging. We tried a few different companies and always had issues, from cleanliness to incomplete/incorrect work (and I swear, we aren't extremely picky – imagine paying to get a light switch added, and after they leave, you discover greasy finger prints all over the wall AND the light switch somehow doesn't work!!)
So it's been such a relief to finally have found someone that's reliable and professional to take care of all of our electrical work. We first called a few months ago to get an outlet installed for an electric oven, and Andrew came out, investigated, and delivered the great news that we already had the power hookups we needed and no work needed to be done. His honesty and professionalism in that scenario stood out to us, so we were eager to call again when we decided to get ceiling fans installed throughout the house. Andrew came out again, this time with Cameron, and they did an incredible job from start to finish. They were clean, efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Whenever they ran into obstacles (and this house presents many), they presented a few options to us, let us choose how they should proceed, and got right back to work. And they didn't leave a trace behind when they were done. What more could you ask for?

“Dennis was professional and courteous as he always is when we need any repairs to any of our plumbing issues! This time it was a leaking kitchen faucet. He identified the issue and repaired and replaced the problem within an hour. I am always confident and satisfied that with any plumbing issues I have in my home that the guys will do the repairs correctly and fix the problem! Thanks again for a great job!”

“Technician, Lucas Kemp arrived as scheduled. Performed 2024 annual inspection of residence AC unit including thermostat, and filter. Unit systems all in good working order . Reset thermostat for hot weather operation. Technician explained to owner what was done. Technician presented himself well, all questions were answered to my satisfaction.
All contact with Jos. Frederick & Sons front office were satisfactory as usual.

“Lucas serviced our air conditioner and heater as well. He was on time, professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He was most efficient and replaced a dual capacitor on our air conditioner, which he had with him on his truck. After his explanation of membership, we agreed to join, which saved us money on service and parts. We hope to see him again when the time comes for future service. He is an outstanding employee.”
