It was replaced in about an hour. This is the kind of excellent customer service we've had from Frederick over the last 40 years. Their service personnel are always courteous and competent.”

They responded quickly, and technician Lucas did an outstanding job. He diagnosed the issue, got us cooled off in no time, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and explained everything clearly.
