“Tim and Anthony came out to repair a leaky pipe close to the wall/foundation of my townhome basement. Tim tested the line to see where the water was coming from and immediately knew what the solution was- without hesitation! They were friendly and patient with all my questions. They had all the tools and materials in their truck to complete the job. A different company I contacted first, told me I needed a complete replacement of my water line from street water access, requiring extensive time, work, damage to my property and money. Tim explained what he was doing and why for a small fraction of the cost. I will 100% call Jos. Frederick and Sons again for any work that needs done. Thank you so much! “We use Jos. Frederick & Sons to service our full house air conditioner. They did the installation and we have always used them to maintain the system. They are always on time and the teck is always respectful and friendly and performs all the service points listed in our maintenance agreement.
We have also used this company for electrical and plumging problems. The techs who came out to resolve those issue were also respectful, friendly and resolved the problem.
For whatever reason we have JF & S come out, they are reasonablly priced and we have never had to have them return, because the job was not completed & resolved.
My husband and I absolutely recommend JF & S.”
