“Don was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and determined the issue with my AC in short order. He also completed a thorough investigation of my furnace in the basement. He found no issues, but also provided me some tips and information that will come in handy in the future. While down in the basement with Don I had mentioned problems I was having with my sump pump. No problem! Without a second thought, Don went right to the sump pump, identified the problem immediately and suggested a solution. Jos. Frederick & Sons are now scheduled to replace the pump and repair a section of pipe tomorrow morning!
