“I woke up Sunday morning to water here and there in my basement. I was suspicious that the water was from my water heater, since it was ~23 yrs old. I called Joseph Frederick and the answering service picked up the call. The woman I spoke with took all the needed information and told me a technician would reach out to me soon. About 15 mins. later, Gabriel called me, asked for a recap of what was wrong, and said he was on a job at present and would be to my house in 2.5-3 hrs. This was 9:30am, and Gabriel called me around 11:45 am and said he would be at my house in 15-20 mins. He arrived around noon, assessed the situation, and said he would need to go back to the warehouse and pick up a new water heater. He reviewed pricing with me, and off he went to pickup the new unit. Gabriel worked diligently from 1:30pm-4:15pm. He even cleaned up some of the residual water.
We've been using Joseph Frederick since 1986 and they never disappoint. The technicians are always courteous and willing to go the extra mile. I have a contract with them, and will continue using them for my HVAC needs for as long as I own a home.

“Thank you for the quick attention to repairing our AC today. Our compressor got overheated and shut off due to a capacitor failure. I'm glad you had one on your service truck. We are senior citizens dependent on our AC running well in this weather. In just a little time we were up and running like new.
A service department depends on the tech and assistant like the men you sent to us today, and to the office staff that finds a way to fit in people well into their 70's, that really needed help today.

“Both gentlemen were so nice, polite, and responsive! They made sure to show us why we had an issue and what they were going to do to fix it and why it became an issue in the first place. I appreciated them showing us the process and going over what they would do beforehand and going over everything after. We have used Frederick & sons for an hvac issue and again nothing but great things to say about this company. Scheduling, they show up on time, are so nice and go over the whole process which we appreciate.”
