He found no issues, but also provided me some tips and information that will come in handy in the future. While down in the basement with Don I had mentioned problems I was having with my sump pump. No problem! Without a second thought, Don went right to the sump pump, identified the problem immediately and suggested a solution. Jos. Frederick & Sons are now scheduled to replace the pump and repair a section of pipe tomorrow morning!
