Made some thermostat adjustments which hopefully will improve the expense of enduring sustained bitter cold weather. Asked them if there is a way to manually adjust humidifier settings in bitter cold weather and in investigating they discovered that no such equipment had been installed when the heat pump system was purchased in 2023 and that the humidifier had not been working at all for that reason. After consultation with the office they installed the humidity monitoring and adjustment equipment.”
