You should pride yourselves on the politeness, respectfulness and friendliness of all your employees. If all companies made their employees aware of these values, there would be less complaints against their company(s). It doesn't matter who we talk to at your company, we are always met with respect and politeness. You call making sure that your customers are aware of their service date and when the technician is on his/her way. As soon as the technicians enter our house they put on booties to protect our flooring. We will always call your company for help that is beyond our knowledge.
