I was given a price up front for the cost of the repair. They put down drop cloths to protect my floor and underneath the sink. The sink is draining better than ever now. “Tim and assistant ( sorry, I forgot his name) both very pleasant and courteous)..came on time to replace the sump pump , it was quite rusted (I assume from the age of the pump). They had the replacement on their truck, which is a time saver – the cost for the new pump, was a lot more expensive than anticipated – – therefore, for my reords, and IF I should sell my house.. I 'd like to have a copy of the SPEC's for the "new" pump, (I contacted (Sarah??) to send it via USPS or e-mail) Also,. I don't understand the "Warranty" coverage on this "New" pump, can I get a copy of that also?
