“The tech was very good. He was thorough, efficient and respectful of our property. He was easily complete with the inspections within an hour. He could not check the refrigerant status in the compressors as he did not have the necessary adapter.
The company policy to charge by the number of units inspected is ludicrous and resulted in me paying double what I paid last year for a more thorough service call. As a consequence I will no longer use this company for my A/C servicing.”
