“I am not well and on oxygen 24/7. My air conditioner stopped working late in the day. Temperature going to 90. I called and Aaron came over within an hour. My motor needed replaced. Aaron found one at the warehouse, went and got it and replace it in the dark. He is outstanding! Thank you.”
“By the time I noticed our A/C was not working it was around 8:00 PM . I called JT Frederick’s explained my problem, by 9:00PM the tech (Eric) was at our home.
Two hours later after performing what I took to be an extensive search for the exact problem,’the unit was up and running. Having a service contract has always been a wise choice in my opinion, my bill was very reasonable for after hours service!

“Jos. Frederick & Sons installed a water heater for me in January 2007. On Monday, June 2, the water heater failed. Wow! 18 1/2 years of use. Amazing. I called Jos. Frederick's and was given an appointment for Thursday. Sarah called me on Tuesday and said a technician could be there right away. Gabe arrived shortly thereafter, and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything he would be doing along with the cost. I agreed, and Gabe began taking down the water heater. Kevin brought the new water heater and took the old one away. A few hours later, the work was completed and the area was completely cleaned. I could not have asked for a better technician or better customer service. I highly recommend Jos. Frederick & Sons! Their cost is reasonable and their service and products speak for themselves.”
