“Both gentlemen were so nice, polite, and responsive! They made sure to show us why we had an issue and what they were going to do to fix it and why it became an issue in the first place. I appreciated them showing us the process and going over what they would do beforehand and going over everything after. We have used Frederick & sons for an hvac issue and again nothing but great things to say about this company. Scheduling, they show up on time, are so nice and go over the whole process which we appreciate.”

“Andrew and Matt were outstanding! They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire service call. They replaced a couple of fan control switches that I had ordered directly from the fan manufacturer and completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail.
They kept the work area clean, thoroughly tested everything, and verified that all the fans and controls were operating exactly as designed before leaving. They also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results.
