“Jos. Frederick & Sons installed a water heater for me in January 2007. On Monday, June 2, the water heater failed. Wow! 18 1/2 years of use. Amazing. I called Jos. Frederick's and was given an appointment for Thursday. Sarah called me on Tuesday and said a technician could be there right away. Gabe arrived shortly thereafter, and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything he would be doing along with the cost. I agreed, and Gabe began taking down the water heater. Kevin brought the new water heater and took the old one away. A few hours later, the work was completed and the area was completely cleaned. I could not have asked for a better technician or better customer service. I highly recommend Jos. Frederick & Sons! Their cost is reasonable and their service and products speak for themselves.”
