“I am a commercial Facility Manager with CBRE. Two ejection pumps/sewer pumps failed at a local urgent care center that I manage and because this was a medical center and they had already been closed for the day – it was an emergency. I attempted to use a CBRE approved vendor but he was unable to repair or replace the existing ejection pumps in my sewer pit. I began calling local plumbing/electrical contractors in the New Castle area. I had initially called Jos.Frederick and the woman I spoke with said there wasn't an available tech to do an emergency call. I got off the phone and started calling other local contractors. About 4 minutes later the same woman called me back and said that Tim R. had passed through her office while she was on the phone with me and overheard the emergency request. He said he'd stop by on this way home. Within 20 minutes he was on site at my urgent care center and identified the issue, but only after manually pumping out the pit several times. He stayed for 4 hours trying to work on this problem. He verified the equipment was in stock – and the next day showed up with the equipment and installed it and got us back up and the center opened. I would call this company again and again for help. They were amazing and reasonable and very easy to work with. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing and electrical needs in the future. Thank you again so much.”
