“Tim was very professional in dealing with the leak in our bathroom. He was quick to access the problem and was able to implement a very excellent solution in a short period of time. He showed up on time and was friendly and easy to work with on this issue. He also did a great clean up job after the repair. I feel confident that this leaking faucet is now in good working order. I appreciate the job that Tim and his assistant did at and I will definitely recommend him and your company to others with plumbing problems .”

“Tim came out on a Saturday to fix a leak that was leaking through my ceiling. While he was on another job at the time of my initial call he told me what to do until he could come. Once he arrived he fixed the problem and went over and above to diagnose and troubleshoot a couple of other problems. He was respectful and kept me apprised of everything he was doing during his visit. He cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell that he had even been here.
I especially appreciate that he came out on a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving).

“My spigot had been leaking water for days even though it wasn't turned on. I would come downstairs in the morning and have a wet countertop and streaks of water down my dishwasher and on the floor, I wrapped dish cloths around it to slow the flow. Tim came in and immediately got to work. He went over my options. I chose to get a new fixture. So first, Tim had to take all items from under the sink. (I hadn't thought about that needing to be done.) Then he even went to Home Depot and placed a new floor in the cabinet. I wasn't aware that the water was also going there! He and his working companion couldn't have been nicer! I am very happy with my new fixture and how fast they were able to get it done. Thank you so much!”
