“I Do Not Recommend Jos Frederick for any service! They do not guarantee customer satisfaction, they are more expensive than most, not reputable. Carrier system less than 3 yrs old, installed by Jos Frederick. 5:30am no heat. Snow storm coming. Came out $125 emergency. 4 hours said it would cost $187 to repair. Labor not covered. No heat 2 more times. Again said $189 for labor for defective part. Why don’t they go back to carrier and have them pay the ridiculous fee of $189? Told them to fix. No choice.”
“Woke up on Saturday before snow storm with no heat. Sent repairman who worked from 11-2 to get system running but said the Carrier Dystem had a “defective” part hand had to be ordered and replaced. Asked to inform Carrier, as it was less than 3 years old and they needed to stand by defective products. Always used Carrier for systems, they need to be made aware they are selling defective parts and they should replace for No Charge, including labor. John did that! TU”

“Working with Jos Fredrick & Sons is EASY. To start, the phone staff is efficient and friendly. The technicians are too.
JF&Sons have performed general maintenance on my AC/heater system for 7 or 8 years. This year the aging furnace needed repair. The technician examined the furnace, found the problem, tried to fix it but determined a new part was needed and gave an estimate for repair. The parts needed for repair were in stock and Lucas added me to his schedule for the next day to fix the heater. Timeline: called JF&Sons needing service, got app't for the next day, repair scheduled and made the following day. Can't beat that!”
