“Jos. Frederick & Sons installed a water heater for me in January 2007. On Monday, June 2, the water heater failed. Wow! 18 1/2 years of use. Amazing. I called Jos. Frederick's and was given an appointment for Thursday. Sarah called me on Tuesday and said a technician could be there right away. Gabe arrived shortly thereafter, and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything he would be doing along with the cost. I agreed, and Gabe began taking down the water heater. Kevin brought the new water heater and took the old one away. A few hours later, the work was completed and the area was completely cleaned. I could not have asked for a better technician or better customer service. I highly recommend Jos. Frederick & Sons! Their cost is reasonable and their service and products speak for themselves.”

I have been a member of Joseph Fredericks & Sons for several years and knowing multi-services are available , Heat, AC, Plumbing and Electrical has been a great comfort when repairs/replacements have been required it's good to only call one number and not 'search' for someone.. In this post Covid era it is not unusual that once a customer does find the needed repairman the person may not show up or , in my case was indifferent and the repairs had to be redone.. As the widow of an Electrician, Local 313. it somehow felt worse because I recalled my husband worked long hours to ensure customers were not left without power for an extended period.. Communications and a strong work ethic were important personal characteristics Joseph Frederick and Sons has followed that model. Thank you.”
“I am very pleased with the plumbing service provided today. GabeT came out a few hours after I called and replaced my expansion tank. He was very professional and competent .
