After calling to schedule a repair, our service repair technicians responded quickly and were able to fix the clog promptly per their technical knowledge and a sophisticated pipe cleaning snake tool that identified the cause of the clog that was located about 25 feet away from our sink. I was so very happy with their prompt and professional service!”

“This is my 3rd major appliance replacement. The furnace 6 years ago, AC 3 years ago and hot water tank today., all installed by J Frederick. Every installation has performed without any issues over the years. The technicians are skilled, professional, competent, polite and always clean up.
