I appreciated them showing us the process and going over what they would do beforehand and going over everything after. We have used Frederick & sons for an hvac issue and again nothing but great things to say about this company. After calling to schedule a repair, our service repair technicians responded quickly and were able to fix the clog promptly per their technical knowledge and a sophisticated pipe cleaning snake tool that identified the cause of the clog that was located about 25 feet away from our sink. Every installation has performed without any issues over the years. The technicians are skilled, professional, competent, polite and always clean up.
