“Tim and Anthony came out to repair a leaky pipe close to the wall/foundation of my townhome basement. Tim tested the line to see where the water was coming from and immediately knew what the solution was- without hesitation! They were friendly and patient with all my questions. They had all the tools and materials in their truck to complete the job. A different company I contacted first, told me I needed a complete replacement of my water line from street water access, requiring extensive time, work, damage to my property and money. Tim explained what he was doing and why for a small fraction of the cost. I will 100% call Jos. Frederick and Sons again for any work that needs done. Thank you so much! “Our experience with your services was 5 STARS Plus! Sarah on the phone was so helpful when I explained to her what we needed done and sent Anthony out that same day to scope things out, taking pictures of what the work would entail. We then received an email with a written estimate. We worked with Sarah to schedule two days of work. Master Plumber Tim and Anthony came out on the expected day and time, completed the work for that day. They then came back on the next scheduled day and time, completing the work. We appreciated Tim's expertise and insight when he explained the work that needed to be done. He and Anthony made sure all the connections were complete and secure and that there were no leaks.
