“Dennis M. and his assistant repaired a difficult plumbing leak at my residence which is a 100 year plus old house. They located the problem , explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. It was two leaks one in the upstairs shower leaking done to the kitchen which also had a leak ! Working together, were very professional , competent, friendly, respectful and their wishes for a Happy Mom's Day was special. Thank you so much to Dennis and his Assistant !”
“I checked the Aaron C. box, but I only checked to submit this review. I can't remember their names (but I requested the same gentlemen who were fabulous last time). To my great relief, the same gentlemen as last time were in fact sent back to me today. As usual, they found the problem immediately and fixed it. I had no computer, TV and no phone service. I have been a member of Joseph Fredericks & Sons for several years and knowing multi-services are available , Heat, AC, Plumbing and Electrical has been a great comfort when repairs/replacements have been required it's good to only call one number and not 'search' for someone.. In this post Covid era it is not unusual that once a customer does find the needed repairman the person may not show up or , in my case was indifferent and the repairs had to be redone.. As the widow of an Electrician, Local 313. it somehow felt worse because I recalled my husband worked long hours to ensure customers were not left without power for an extended period.. Communications and a strong work ethic were important personal characteristics Joseph Frederick and Sons has followed that model. Thank you.”
