“Appreciate the quick servide today to check why my hot water was not working in all my sinks and in the shower…..only cold water or sometimes barely hot water…..the incident may have happned when i had annual heat service done by JF S as I have been out of town for a few days …when i got back i noticed it took a long time to even get lukewarm water and then yesterday in the shower i had no hot water at all. I called JFS this morning and i appreciate that i had quick service scheduled today after my call this morning at 800am….I as asked to check the unit what setting it was on but the position this was really too hard for me to tell what setting it was on,,,,when i called she said it might have been caused by the service guys that came in recently and might have bumped the gauge as it is very tight that area and Anthony who came today thought thak t might have been possible as that area is really tight and by accident that could have happened. He said he would talk to you about it and see if there would be a credit towards the bill i paid today as he fixed the problem by turning back the gauge to the proper position. Please notify me if any credit is possible as I never went up to my system at all until today to check where the gaug was even set to as the area is so tight for me to even see where it was and I did not adjust anyhing until ANTHONY reset it where it should be. But if no credit amount is received and i am thankful to service to be provided today when i called in with the problem today….thank you very much for your credit consideration.”
